Jocko Willink is a decorated retired Navy SEAL officer, author, and leadership consultant who served as the commander of SEAL Team Three's Task Unit Bruiser during the battle of Ramadi. His leadership style is rooted in discipline, extreme ownership, and the belief that leaders must lead by example. After his retirement, Willink co-founded Echelon Front, where he teaches leadership principles derived from his combat experiences.
